The Servant Leader Institute combines internationally recognised project-management education with transformative communication, coaching and practical leadership development.
Our goal is not simply to help participants pass an examination. We help them understand how professional knowledge can be applied in real projects, teams, relationships and leadership situations.
Some participants begin with professional certification. Others begin with communication and personal development. At SLI, both paths can become part of a broader journey from management competence to servant leadership.

The founder
Corporate depth. Human foundation.
Ben / Bharat Berwing has more than 20 years of experience in project management, consulting, coaching and facilitation across corporate environments including Telekom, Bayer, Hugo Boss, Generali and AXA. He has held and trained roles in project and programme management, PMOs, governance, risk and large-scale change.
Since 2011 he has worked independently as a consultant, trainer, coach and facilitator. He holds the PMP®, PMI-ACP® and PMI-RMP® certifications and is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching). He has also completed Satvatove Transformative Communication & Group Facilitator training.
Servant Leader Institute brings together professional project-management competence, coaching, facilitation and transformative communication — with the conviction that management skills should serve a life led with clarity, responsibility and human depth.
