Coaching from a place of clarity requires inner development. This module uses Vedic psychology to address the ego-patterns that get in the way of genuine service — fixing, controlling, and being the hero.
The Coaching Track is for managers and leaders who sense that their impact would grow if they stopped giving answers and started asking better questions. It's for people who want to lead through relationships, not just through authority — and who are ready for the inner work that genuine coaching requires.
The Coaching Track runs in small cohorts with a high ratio of practice to theory. Entry is by conversation to ensure good fit. Send your name, context, and what you are working toward.
